What's LEAP Academy For?

We live in an age where we have access to any information we seek - from how to lead teams to replacing a tire on your car. Look it up on Youtube, find it on Wikipedia. "Knowing" is no longer the hard part. Mustering the vulnerability and courage to act is. That's why we built LEAP. 

LEAP Academy is an online learning community that holds you accountable to bringing your best and leveling up your leadership. We built it to address the problem that most online learning is failing, and addressed the problem by utilizing practices that work.

THE STRUCTURE

This workshop is cohort and project based:

• 1 content pod released every week
• 2 lessons in each pod with a coinciding project
• 2 group discussions each week
• You receive feedback from 5 peers and a coach on your work, and provide feedback on work from 5 of your peers
• Coaches provide weekly feedback and support 
• Additionally, you can be as active as you'd like to be in the online "activity feed", a place for cohort members to share resources, big questions, and network.
