Our "Why"
Our purpose is to "Align the Misaligned". When the business systems aren't aligned, symptoms pile up and it becomes overwhelming. Emails, people problems, not executing, changing market conditions and a bank account that never seems to fill up the way you thought it would... All of that is just issues piling up - it can get out of control and is like drinking through a fire hose. When issues pile up, you feel like you can't gain traction and often feel like you're drowning. When you started your business (or, took over the business), you never thought it would be this hard.
